Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in network with your insurance plan, you may choose to use out-of-network benefits if your plan includes them. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Private-pay rates are the same for clients in Arizona and New Mexico.

$160 — 55-minute session

Couples Therapy
$200 — Initial Assessment & Evaluation
$170 — 55-minute session

Group Therapy

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and will also be provided as required by federal law.
