I am in network with the following insurance plans

• Aetna Commercial 
• United Behavioral Health (including Arizona Marketplace plans)
• Oscar Small Group
• Medica Minnesota Preferred

For all other insurances, I am an "out of network" provider, meaning that if your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of the cost of therapy. 

Superbills (receipts) are provided to submit to your insurance companies that are out-of-network for possible reimbursement.

Individual 

• $180 Assessment and Initial Evaluation
• $160 per 55 minute session 

Couples

• $200 Assessment and Initial Evaluation
• $170 per 55 minutes session

Group

• $60 per session
